How often is my spend updated?
Your points will reflect in your account as soon as your order has been invoiced. Log in here at any time to check your points. We will send you an email every time you hit a new tier.

Any customer that has signed up for our Trade Reward Club. If you don’t have an account you can sign up here.

My account isn’t reflecting all my orders?
Your account will update once your order has been shipped in full. Any orders awaiting payment or not yet despatched will not show in your account. Any further queries, please contact team@workplaceinteriorshop.co.uk

When does the reward club start & end?
The trade reward club runs on a calendar year (January-December). You’ll start earning points as soon as you sign up. We’ll even give you points for any orders placed before your sign up date if they were placed within the month you signed up. The year will end in December, regardless of when you signed up

What are the rewards?
Reward examples are detailed in our rewards page. Most of these will be gifted via an e-voucher sent to your email. Our trade team will contact you at the end of the year to confirm your specific rewards

When will I receive my reward?
At the start of the next calendar year (January/February) once your account is up to date, with all of your orders having been shipped

Once The e-voucher has been issued, the expiry date will be detailed specific to that voucher
