- Can I get my order any quicker?

- How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery Charges are between £0 and £20 + VAT for UK Mainland destinations. Free delivery is granted on orders over £350 + VAT. Certain specialist products may incur extra charges (this will be highlighted at checkout). If you are in need of express delivery, or delivery to non-mainland destinations, please call 01242 395215 for details.
- How can I track my order?
You can view the current status of your order by logging into your account. We will also keep you updated by email with details of anticipated delivery date.
- When will I get my order?
Please see specific lead times at the top of the product page. A delivery date will be confirmed 24 hours before delivery. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will contact you immediately in the rare case of any delays. If urgent delivery is required, please call 01242 395215 for details.
- How can I pay?
There are multiple ways you can pay for your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and BACS payment via Pro Forma. We also offer credit facilities for approved accounts. Please see our Credit Account FAQ for advice on applying.
- What is a Pro Forma?
If you have received a Pro Forma, this is because you have selected ‘Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque’ at checkout. This means that we have not taken any money from you yet and the goods will not be dispatched until we have received payment. In order to pay, please follow the instructions on the email which accompanies the Pro Forma. If you would like to pay via card, please select pay by card at check out.
- Can I get a credit account application form?
If you would like to apply for a credit account, please complete & email the following form, along with a letterhead carrying your company details to team@workplaceinteriorshop.co.uk. This will then be reviewed by accounts. Please allow a minimum of one week for this to be processed.
- How do I order using a credit account?
If you are a credit account holder, follow these simple steps to place your order:
- Step 1 – Choose your products and add to basket.
- Step 2 – Go to checkout, enter your address details and PO (purchase order) number, then select ‘Approved Accounts & Public Sector’. Once you have done this, an order will come through to us. If a PO number is not provided at this stage, our team will contact you via email. Your order will be processed only once we have this.
- Step 3 – Delivery! The terms of the credit agreement are usually 28 days from receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed with our accounts team.
