At Workplace Interior Shop, we offer two standard thicknesses of plasterboard: 12.5mm and 9.5mm.
The 9.5mm plasterboard is commonly used for ceilings due to its lighter weight, making it easier to install and reducing the strain on your ceiling structure. It offers sufficient strength and durability for this application. On the other hand, the 12.5mm plasterboard is thicker and therefore more suitable for wall installations.
Both options can be easily cut to size to ensure a snug fit.
